A CNC wood router is a programmable joinery machine that creates objects from wood. CNC stands for ‘computer numerical control’. Using a CAD/CAM program on a computer, a project can be designed and then automatically cut using the router. Below are a few of the amazing possibilities that this new machine opens up for us…

Previously, due to the constraints of traditional technology, an arched window or a door would take us nearly a day and a half to produce. Thanks to our new CNC machine, this time has been reduced, amazingly, to just three hours, making it quicker than ever for you to receive your window, door or conservatory.

The blade of the CNC spins a lot faster than a conventional timber-manufacturing machine. This results in a precise, high-quality cut that is perfect for manufacturing fiddly, intricate timber features.
