Modern orangery lantern roof

Stylish architectural features that instantly draw the eye, we offer a selection of roof lanterns that are suitable for fitting to new conservatories and orangeries, flat roof structures, or as a conservatory roof replacement. Allowing natural light to make its way inside uninterrupted, create brighter living spaces without having to sacrifice comfort levels. We have 3 distinctive lantern roofs available, and you can pick which one best suits your needs.

Timber roof lanterns lovingly handcrafted by Reddish Joinery

Resembling a more traditional lantern roof design, our timber roof lanterns are beautifully handcrafted to your size and style requirements. They have an internal pelmet ceiling, which we construct to the insulation standards of a tiled roof, ensuring they provide year-round comfort, regardless of whether it is warm or cold outside. This creates the feel of another room in the house. We also fit them with external aluminium roof caps, reducing the amount of maintenance required to nothing more than a simple wipe down.

Ultrasky flat skylights

Designed to appear flat with the roof from the outside, the frames on our Ultrasky flat skylights are completely concealed from inside, giving them an edge to edge look that is breathtaking. Typifying the meaning of the word contemporary, their hardwearing aluminium frames utilise what is known as ‘Warm Frame’ technology. When used in conjunction with our quality double glazed units, they achieve a U-value of 1.2 W/m2k, an outstanding thermal performance that ensures for a comfortable extension throughout the year.

Ultrasky pitched roofs

Ultrasky roof lanternFeaturing a 25° pitched roof and rectangular shape, Ultrasky pitched roofs offer a contemporary, light-enhancing design. Minimal glazing bars allow for increased light intake and less interrupted sky views, whilst a high-performance, thermally broken design works with the latest double glazing to combat the cold and prevent overheating. Therefore, leaving you with a comfortable, bright living space, which after the sun goes down, can also be used to enjoy stunning views of the night sky.

A selection of glazing options to suit your requirements

Each of our roof lanterns is available with self-cleaning double glazing to reduce maintenance times, or solar control glass to further reduce the risk of overheating. You can also choose from a variety of tinted glass options. Tinted glass limits the amount of glare from the sun and can protect your furniture against discolouration from UV exposure.
