Our incredibly skilled workforce is one of the reasons that Reddish Joinery is one of the best home improvement companies and timber window, door and conservatory manufacturers in the North of England. Here’s a bit more about our team.
Sue has been working with Reddish since 1992. She is currently working in our sale showroom.
Nathan started with Reddish Joinery on 27th January 2014. He is in charge of spraying on the joinery shop floor, and assists Lee, the director, with ordering and managing production.
Our second-longest serving employee, Joe joined the company on 2nd October 1989. He’s responsible for keeping the joinery shop floor clean and in order, and is also responsible for hand-polishing and quality control.
Jimmy is one of the longest serving Reddish Joinery employees, having joined the company on 31st May 1988. He joined us straight from school and is an incredibly talented and skilled joinery, capable of making practically anything from wood!
One of our newest recruits, Chris joined the company earlier this year on the 12th of January 2015. He currently works within our accounts department.
Steve is responsible for operating the CNC router on our shop floor, and is one of our longest serving staff member. Since joining the company on 19th March 1984, he’s learnt everything there is to know about CNC.
Having joined Reddish 12th April 2010, Simon works on the uPVC shopfloor. He is responsible for assembly and quality control.
Nicky is our uPVC production manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the process. He joined Reddish on 14th April 2008.
Julie joined the company on the 8th January 1990 and is the mother of our managing director, Lee. She current works in our customer services department.
Our newest recruit, Katy joined Reddish Joinery on 11th May 2015. Involved with the company previously plastering with her father, she currently works on our shop floor beading windows, hanging sashes and being taught how to spray.
Billy is our longest serving employee, having joined the company on 1st March 1975. He is an incredibly skilled joiner and specialises in making timber roofs for our conservatories and orangeries.
Another member of our fitting team, Ashley joined the company on 7th August 2006.
A member of our fitting team, Daz joined Reddish Joinery on 25th February 2008. It’s his second time working for us.
Phil is also working at Reddish for the second time. He rejoined Reddish on 7th April 2015 and works in our fitting team.
Another fitter, Mike joined Reddish Joinery on 27th April 2015.
