Lee Parrott stands as a third-generation timber specialist whose expertise runs deep in the joinery industry. Having joined his family’s business at age 19, Lee has personally mastered every aspect of timber craftsmanship—working as a fitter, service engineer, surveyor, and salesperson before assuming leadership.
Born into a legacy that began in 1967 when his grandfather Doug established what would become Reddish Joinery, Lee carries forward a family tradition of excellence. Under his guidance, the company expanded strategically in 2022 by acquiring GB Joinery to focus exclusively on the trade market, offering premium timber windows and doors to installers nationwide.
Lee’s authority in the sector extends internationally—in 2017-2018, he spent time in Australia promoting Accoya, the market-leading modified timber that now features prominently in GB Joinery’s product range. His comprehensive understanding of both manufacturing and end-user needs gives him a unique perspective that benefits trade partners.
Together with his wife Caroline, who joined the company in 2015, Lee maintains a company culture described as “loyal, honest, hardworking, and committed to quality”—continuing a family tradition of British-made excellence that spans more than five decades.
